摘    要:介绍了大型储罐罐壁焊接接头的坡口形式和焊接材料的工程计算方法,采用工程计算方法和设计一般通用方法进行焊接材料计算,得出工程计算方法优于设计一般通用方法,纵焊缝设计参数宜选取钝边F=0mm,坡口宽度W=16mm,间隙G-4mm。

Abstract:Groove types of tank shell welded joint and engineering calculation methods of welding materials on large oil storage tank were introduced, then contents of welding materials were calculated by engineering calculation methods and general methods of design,finally conclusions were made that, engineering calculation methods are better than general methods of design and longitudinal welded seams are suitable for designed parameters of F=0,W=16 mm,G=4 mm.
