摘    要:综述了国内外金属衬板材料的发展历史与现状;指出了当前国内抗磨材料选用及研发等方面的不足之处;介绍了在不同服役条件下选用奥氏体锰钢,合金抗磨铸铁,低、中、高合金抗磨钢三大类型抗磨材料的利弊,以及纯磨粒磨损及腐蚀条件下磨损的失效机制及相关对策。

Abstract:The development history and present situation of metallic lining plate materials in China and abroad was summarized. The deficiencies in the aspects of anti-abrasive materials selection and research in China were pointed out. The advantages and disadvantages of adopting austenite manganese steel, alloy anti-abrasive cast iron, anti-abrasive steels with low, medium and high alloy contents under different working conditions, the failure mechanism under conditions of pure grain abrasion and corrosion, as well as the corresponding countermeasures were introduced.
