摘    要:根据内蒙古东胜热电厂除渣系统采用干湿2种方案,从技术、投资、经济效益等方面进行全面的分析比较,得出的结论是:干式排渣系统安全可靠性高、运行费用较低、检修维护工作量少、干渣的综合利用效益好、无废水处理及排放,非常适宜北方缺水地区,不到4年的时间即可收回高出刮板捞渣机方案的初投资。该方案具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:A general analysis and comparison on technique,investment and economic benefits is carried out for 2 dry and wet schemes used for the slag-removal system in Dongsheng Co-generation Power Plant in Huhehot city, Inner Mongolia.The conclusions from the previous mentioned are as follows: the dry-type slag-removal system is of high safety and reliability,low operation cost,less inspection and maintenance,good comprehensive applicable benefits for dry slag,no waste water treatment and drainage.It is very suitable for northern regions lack of water and it can recover the primary investment on the scraper slag-dredger scheme within less than 4 years.The scheme is of very good economic and social benefits.
