摘    要:为解决低温盐层固井问题,开发了一种新型的低温抗盐水泥浆体系。该体系以抗盐降失水剂JSS为主体,并添加有配套的分散剂及消泡剂。对常规密度抗盐水泥浆的失水、稠化、流变、强度等性能进行了室内评价。该体系在西气东输江苏金坛盐穴型储气库注采气井的固井施工中进行了应用。室内研究和现场试验证明:该低温抗盐水泥浆体系具有失水量低、流变性能好、稠化时间可调、抗压强度高等特点,综合性能能够满足低温盐层固井施工的技术要求。

Abstract:A novel low temperature and salt resisting slurry was developed to overcome the challenges in low temperature salt formation. In the slurry formulation, the salt resisting fluid loss control agent of JSS was main material and the dispersants and the antifoamers were also necessary. The properties of this slurry with conventional density, such as filtration, thickening, rheology and strength, were evaluated in laboratory. The field trials in injection/production gas wells were also conducted. The laboratory studies and the field trials demonstrated that the salt resisting slurry could be characterized by low filtration, favorable rheology, adjustable thickening time and high compressive resistance and its overall performances can meet the technical requirements in low temperature salt formation.
