焦炭颗粒耐压强度表征方法探讨

摘    要:在分析焦炭颗粒强度系数存在问题的基础上,提出了一种新的表征焦炭颗粒耐压强度的方法。经试验验证,用耐压强度系数评价焦炭颗粒抵抗压碎的能力,不仅可以得到比较精确的结果,而且还可以解决多粒度组成焦炭颗粒混合料耐压性能的评价问题。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis for the strength coefficient of coke particles, a new method for determining the compressive strength of coke particles has been put forward, in which the anti fragmentary property is evaluated with compressive strength coefficient. It has been verified via many tests that with this new method, the accuracy of the results can be improved greatly, and at the same time, the compressive strength of coke particles consisting of many kinds of grain sizes can also be evaluated.
