摘    要:介绍了延迟焦化装置焦炭塔设备材料性能对焦炭塔安全平稳运行的影响。指出焦炭塔制造材料的选择应从材料的高温性能和耐腐蚀性能两方面考虑,对于大型焦炭塔,其材质选用Cr-Mo钢及其复合板是合理的,既可以提高材料的高温强度,又可以提高其抗腐蚀性能。

Abstract:The impact of performances of materials of coker drum in delayed coking unit on the safe and reliable operation of the coker drum are described.The high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance shall be taken into consideration in the selection of materials for coker drum fabrication.For the large coker drums,Cr-Mo steel shall be selected,which offers favorable mechanical performance under high-temperature conditions and good corrosion resistance.
