大豆基因组GmRAV同源基因的生物信息学分析

利用Phytozome数据库、NCBI网站,和MEGA4.0、ClustalX软件对大豆（Glycine max）基因组中RAV同源基因进行了生物信息学分析,发现大豆RAV基因有4个拷贝,分别分布于第1、2、10和20号染色体上;RAV蛋白含有AP2/ERF（53～108）和B3（172～286）结构域。豆科植物大豆、东方山羊豆和苜蓿RAV蛋白亲缘关系较近。大豆的RAV基因4个拷贝中,Glyma01g22260与Glyma02g11060亲缘关系最近并且与苜蓿聚为一类,GmRAV和Gly-ma20g32730的亲缘关系也很近,并且与东方山羊豆聚为一类。推测大豆4个RAV拷贝在进化过程中功能上发生了较大的分化,在光周期抑制开花过程中可能发挥着重要作用。

Bioinformatics analysis of GmRAV homologs in soybean genome

Bioinformatics of GmRAV homologs in soybean genome was analyzed using Phytome database,NCBI website,MEGA 4.0 and ClustalX softwares.Four copies of soybean GmRAV homologs were found to distribute on chromosome 1,2,10 and 20,respectively.GmRAV protein had AP2/ERF domain and B3 domain.According to RAV sequence and phylogenetic relations,Glycine max,Galega orientalis and Medicago truncatula had closer relationships.Among four homologs in soybean,GmRAV and Glyma20g32730 had close relationship,and were in the same cluster within Galega orientalis homolog.Glyma01g22260 and Glyma02g11060 had close relationship within the same cluster of Medicago truncatula RAV.Results suggested that larger functional differentiation of RAV copies on photoperiod control might have occurred during evolution.
