摘    要:有源电力滤波器(Active Power Filter,简称APF)是一种动态抑制谐波和补偿无功功率的新型电力电子装置,其输出的电流中含有丰富的谐波成份.APF主电路中的功率器件不可避免地存在死区时间,这将极大地影响APF输出的谐波电流,从而对APF的补偿性能产生消极影响.以三相电压型PWM变流器为研究对象,简要分析并联型APF的工作原理.在此基础上,详细研究了死区时间的产生机理和效应,并通过数学推理定量分析了死区时间的存在对补偿性能的影响,并通过试验证明了数学推理的正确性,最后提出了死区补偿的措施.

Abstract:Active Power Filter(APF) is a new pattern of power electronic device with dynamicly restraining har-monic currents and compensating the reactive power of power grid.The output currents of APF contain abundant harmonic currents,the compensated performance of APF could be deteriorated for the existence of dead-time.Based on studying the voltage-source PWM converter,the basic principium of the APF is described and the mechanisms and effects arosed by the dead-time are discussed.Further more,the performance of compensated current with mathematics consequence is analyzed which is proved correctly by simulations and experiments.At last,a preferably measure to compensated the dead-time is porposed.
