现代企业构建内部控制模式设想

内部控制是现代企业制度的重要组成部分,实质上是一种管理制度。目前我国企业内部控制存在着控制环境基础薄弱、风险意识不强、内部审计职能弱化、信息沟通不畅等问题,企业应从强化内控意识、建立科学合理的组织结构、提高员工素质、以企业文化强化内部控制、建立一套内部控制实施体系等方面,建立科学完整的内部控制模式。
