摘    要:通过凹模在轴向方向上的振动,利用毛坯受到凹模对其摩擦力方向向下的过程来降低齿轮成形所需的载荷力.从理论上推导出了能让载荷明显降低的最佳周期公式并通过DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件模拟验证了此公式具有普遍性,并对公式中n值进行了分析.

Abstract:The forming pressure of gear can be reduced by utilizing the process in which the frictional orientation was down via axially oscillation of the die.The optimal formula of cycle which can reduce pressure obviously was ratiocinated in theory, it was a prevalent rule which was validated by finite element simulation and the value n of the optimal cycle formula was analyzed.
