| 摘 要： | 矿山企业都必然会因资源枯竭而关闭。文章在分析我国资源枯竭矿山关闭现状和矿山企业特点的基础上，提出了建立长效的、符合市场经济规律的、适合矿山企业特点的关闭保险制度的设想和建议。

| Abstract: | The mine enterprise must be closed owing to resource extinct.The paper analyses the status of mine's closedown in our country and the characteristics of mine enterprise,propounds a suggestion about establishing an effective closedown insurance system which obeys the law of market economy and is adapt to the characteristics of mine enterprise. |
