| Abstract: | Value-added serveices of Telecom are developing rapidly,but many problems remain to be solved. In view of the fact that current service providers can not implement effective managements and cenralized billing, this paper analyzes the current network of Xi'an telecom, proposes two solutions, makes a comparison between them and suggests combining Intelligent Network with CTI. In the end, this paper gives a detailed introduction to the suggested solution. |
