摘    要:探讨了对二甲苯吸附剂失活的原因及防范措施,对于因晶体结构破坏和吸附剂中毒引起的对二甲苯吸附剂失活.提出通过严格控制进料中的杂质含量、做好水平衡分析、充分利用监控设施、熟练掌握保护吸附剂的紧急处理程序、加强管理等措施,防止吸附剂中毒或损坏,延长吸附剂使用寿命。

Abstract:Causes of p-Xylene adsorbent deactivation have been explored together with the countermeasures to prevent the deactivation caused by crystals structure destruction and adsorbent poisoning. Impurity content in feedstock shall be strictly controlled with a perfect water equilibrium analysis. Full use shall be made of the monitoring system through a good command of the emergency treatment procedure of adsorbent protection. By strengthening the management measures, adsorbent poisoning and damage can be prevented and its service life can be prolonged.
