摘    要:为保证煤与瓦斯突出矿井煤巷掘进工作面煤流运输高效、快捷及通风系统稳定、可靠,需采用胶带输送机出煤。但由于与巷道连接的主要胶带巷为进风巷,所以在巷道回风口与主要胶带巷之间构筑1组控风设施,按照现场胶带输送机安装现状来看,胶带机头位置逐渐变高,无法实现通风设施的构筑以及漏风量的控制。现设计胶带输送机尾部采用卸载架延伸的方式穿越墙体,然后设计通过墙体的卸载架控风措施,有效解决了胶带机头无法构筑设施及设施漏风大的难题,实现了煤流的正常运输,通风系统稳定、可靠,保证了矿井的安全、高效生产。

Abstract:To ensure high efficiency,and fast of coal transport and the stability and reliability of ventilation system on coal roadway driving face with coal and gas outburst danger,it is necessary to use belt conveyor to transport coal. But the main belt roadway connected to roadway is intake airflow roadway,so it needs to build a set of air control facilities in the trough between the air outlet and the main conveyor. According to the current situation of installation of belt conveyor,the position of belt conveyor head gradually becomes high,it is unable to realize the construction of ventilation facilities and the control of air leakage. The new design was proposed,the tail of belt roadway passes through the wall with the method of prolonging the unloading scaffold,this method can effectively solve the problems of unable to construct facilities on belt conveyor head and the air leakage,and has realized the normal transport of coal,the ventilation system is stable and reliable,and all this has ensured the safe and high-efficient production of coal mine.
