新型高水材料充填开采试验研究

摘    要:基于煤炭传统开采方法存在压煤量大、开采成本高、环境危害大等问题,提出了绿色充填开采方法。通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场工业试验等多种手段,对新型高水材料充填开采的工艺及试验效果进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:新型材料强度高、流动性好可实现自流充填;充填系统由管路自流将采空区充实并支撑围岩,实现了系统高效稳定的运转模式;“采一留三”开采方案实现了开采的安全性,降低开采风险;充填管路内径大于141 mm、管路压力高于15 MPa,保证了管路安全高效的工作;充填开采矿压显现微弱,起到了显著的顶板控制效果,改变了传统垮落法的顶板破断规律。

Abstract:Based on the traditional coal mining methods,there are large amount of coal pressure,high cost of mining,large environmental hazards,and so on,the paper put forward the green filling mining method.Through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field industrial test and other means,the new type of high water material filling mining technology and test effect were analyzed and studied. The results show that:the model has the advantages of high material strength,liquidity can achieve gravity filling;filling system by the gravity lines of the mining area is rich and support the surrounding rock,the realization of the system is highly efficient and stable operation mode;"pick a stay three"mining scheme to realize the safety in the mining,reduce the production risk for mining;filling pipe diameter is greater than 141 mm,pipeline pressure is higher than 15 MPa,to ensure the pipeline safety and efficient work;filling mining pressure appear weak,played a significant roof control effect,changed the traditional caving of roof breaking rules.
