黔金矿区孤岛区域突出危险性预测及瓦斯治理技术研究

摘    要:黔金煤矿瓦斯含量高、压力大,给矿井的安全生产带来极大的安全隐患。根据黔金煤矿2408、2410工作面情况,对井下煤层瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量等基础参数进行测定,按照相关规定对区域的突出危险性进行预测,并根据不同瓦斯区域提出有针对性的瓦斯治理措施。针对2410工作面孤岛应力问题,提出切顶卸压、降应力、防突出的措施,节约了矿井生产成本,缓解了采掘接替紧张状况,为矿井瓦斯治理起到示范作用。

Abstract:The gas content of Qianjin Coal Mine is high,and the pressure is large,and these problems have brought great security risks for the safe production of coal mine. According to the status quo of 2408 and 2410 working face of Qianjin Coal Mine,the basic parameters such as gas pressure and gas content in coal seam were measured and determined. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the region′s outstanding risk prediction,and according to different gas area,targeted gas control measures were put forward. Aiming at the problem of "isolated island" in 2410 working face,some measures,including cut roof pressure relief,reduce stress,outburst prevention,were proposed in the paper. The application of these methods has saved the cost of production,tensions in coalmining were also solved successfully,and has played an exemplary role for gas control in the mining area.
