煤矿新型架空乘人装置运人系统关键技术研究与应用

摘    要:煤矿井下架空乘人装置是用于斜巷人员运输的一种安全、高效的设备。论述了目前传统架空乘人装置的现状及存在的问题,以陈四楼矿北翼-605 m集中轨道下山为例,结合现场实际状况,设计研究了新型架空乘人装置运人系统关键技术(摘挂式抱索器座椅零速上下及座椅归集装置关键技术、斜巷绞车及架空乘人装置电气闭锁保护关键技术),着重分析了各项安全装置的构成、原理及主要性能特点。实践表明:在大坡度、远运距、“轨索合一”巷道条件下,架空乘人装置运行安全、可靠、稳定。

Abstract:The aerial passenger device is a safe and high-efficient equipment which is suitable for the transportation of personnel in inclined roadways. Discussed the the present situation of aerial passenger device and the existing problems,taking -605 m centralized downstairs track in north wing of Chensilou Coal Mine as an example,and based on actual situation,the key technologies,including key technology of detachable grip of cableway,and the key technology of electric blocking protection of the winch and aerial passenger device in inclined roadway,were designed and studied in the paper,the composing,the principle and the main characteristics of safety device were also analysed. Practice shows that:in the roadways with large inclined angle,long transport distance and combined with track and cable,the operation of the aerial passenger device is more secure,reliable and stable.
