振动流化床对细粒煤的分选试验研究

摘    要:普通空气流化床主要是分选6~50 mm的粗粒煤,且取得了良好的分选效果,而对于小于6 mm的细粒煤,因其粒度不是足够大导致分选效果变差,该试验在振动流化床中引入振动能量使细颗粒处于流化状态,通过调节振动频率来实现对细粒煤的分选,当频率过大或过小时,分选效果都较差,但当频率适中时,能够较好地降低精煤灰分,提高精煤产率,达到较理想的分选效果。

Abstract:The ordinary air fluidized bed are mainly coarse coal separation 6~50 mm,and has obtained good separation effect,and for less than 6 mm,fine coal separation effect is not good for the particle size is not big enough. In this experiment,vibration energy was introduced in the vibration fluidized bed to handle fine particle fluidized state,by adjusting the frequency to realize the separation of fine coal,when the frequency is too big or too small,the separation effect is poorer,but when the frequency is moderate,can good reduce plant ash well,improve the cleaned coal yield,achieve ideal separation result.
