水力冲煤卸压防突技术在临涣煤矿的应用

摘    要:结合临涣煤矿开展的水力冲煤卸压消突试验,分析了水力冲煤技术的防突机理,利用FLAC3D软件,模拟出了冲孔后钻孔径向应力、位移、膨胀变形率变化情况。现场采取水力冲煤措施后,单孔抽采标况瓦斯最大混合流量达142 L/min,抽采浓度最大可达88%,分别为采取水力钻采措施前的2.2和2.6倍;同时,在实施过程中减少了钻孔工程量,实现了突出危险区煤巷安全高效掘进。

Abstract:Combined with the application of pressure-relief and outburst test by using hydraulic coal method in Linhuan Coal Mine,the outburst prevention mechanism of hydraulic coal method was analyzed. By using FLAC3D,the changes of stress,displacement and swelling deformation rate of drill hole after punching were simulated. After the field use of hydraulic coal measures,the maximum mixing gas flow is up to 142 L/min in the conditions of single hole gas extraction(2.2 times of gas flow without using hydraulic coal mining),and the maximum extraction concentration can reach to 88%(2.6 times of extraction concentration without using hydraulic coal mining);at the same time,the amount of drilling engineering was also reduced in the process of construction,and the safe and efficient tunneling of coal roadway in outburst danger zone has been realized.
