摘    要:保障食品安全是全社会面临的共同挑战和责任。为了解决食品安全问题,减少食源性疾病,需要在食品安全 体系方面进行不断探索与研究。建立面向水果产业的食品安全监测系统,就是为了实现对食品安全风险进行监测和控制。该 系统通过持续地收集食源性疾病、食品污染、食品中有害因素的监测数据及相关信息,并对其进行综合分析,最后通过信息门 户及时通报相关问题。

Abstract:Food security is a common challenge and responsibility faced by the whole society. In order to solve the problem of food safety and reduce foodborne diseases, it needs to constantly explore and research on food safety system. The establishment of food safety monitoring system for fruit industry is to realize the monitoring and control of the food safety risk. The system collects and analyzes the data of foodborne diseases, food contamination, and harmful factors in food, and its comprehensive analysis, finally notifies the relevant issues through the information portal promptly.
