煤巷综掘面气幕控尘理论研究

摘    要:随着煤矿开采强度加大,煤巷粉尘危害日益严重,煤巷中综掘工作面的粉尘危害越来越受到人们的重视,但是目前煤巷防尘技术仍不能满足要求,为了最有效控制呼吸性粉尘,基于煤巷掘进工作面气幕控尘理论,对其控尘作用原理进行了详细论述。根据理论计算,气幕出口速度在10~20 m/s,射流出口条缝宽在6~40 mm才能起到有效控尘作用。

Abstract:With the increasing of mining intensity in coal mine,the threat of coal dust in roadway is also serious,the hazard of coal dust on fully-mechanized driving face has been paid more attention,but the current coal roadway dust control technology still can′t meet the requirements. To most effectively control respirable dust,based on the air curtain dust control theory in coal roadway of working face,the principle of dust control of air curtain was demonstrated in the paper. According to theoretical calculation,it was concluded that,when the air curtain exit speed is 10~20 m/s,and the width of jet exit is 6~40 mm,the effect of dust reducing is good.
