巷道交岔点锚索U钢梁联合支护的应用研究

摘    要:基于分析巷道交岔点围岩变形破坏机理,对巷道交岔点支护方案进行了比较分析,提出将锚索U钢梁联合支护应用于巷道交岔点,并对巷道交岔点进行了支护设计。方案实施后,利用十字观测法,对巷道围岩变形进行了观测,顶底板最大移近量为70 mm,两帮最大移近量为61 mm。巷道交岔点成型后,顶板无网片开裂现象,锚索U钢梁联合支护效果较好。

Abstract:Through the analysis of deformation mechanism of surrounding rock of the roadway junction,the supporting projects were analysed comparatively,the anchor U-steel beam combined supporting was applied,and the supporting method was designed. According to the crossing-observation method,the deformation results of the surrounding rock were obtained,the maximum of convergence between roof and floor was 70 mm,and the maximum of deformation of sides was 61 mm. The phenomenon of crazing of the roof steel-net has disappeared when the intersection of roadway has been shaped,and the anchor U-steel beam combined supporting effectiveness was preferable.
