基于条带置换开采方法的煤柱留设与充填技术研究

摘    要:为了提高资源采出率,缓解煤柱常见的高应力集中现象,降低冲击地压灾害发生概率,并实现矸石不上井直接处理和地面矸石的零排放,以阳城煤矿-650 m水平大巷保护煤柱条带置换开采方法煤柱留设与充填为背景,运用理论分析方法分别对回风巷右侧保护煤柱、1307巷道保护煤柱、充填巷两帮煤柱宽度进行计算;采用FLAC3D数值软件对不同类型煤柱宽度的多种设计方案进行应力及变形情况模拟,并以4号充填巷为例,对充填后的应力分布、塑性区范围、位移等进行数值模拟与分析。结果表明:回风巷保护煤柱和1307巷道的保护煤柱均为15 m;按照矸石充填巷4.5 m计算,储矸空间两侧煤柱的宽度至少14.8~15.8 m时才能保证有一个稳定的柱核区的存在;与4号巷开挖未充填时相比,充填后的水平应力与垂直应力影响范围减少5 m,峰值应力影响范围减少3~4 m。

Abstract:To improve the recovery rate,ease common high stress concentration phenomenon of coal pillar,eliminate the impact of ground pressure disaster risk and achieve the direct handling of coal gangue under the coal mining,this paper studies the problem of coal pillar preservation and filling technology based on stripe displacement mining method at main roadway of -650 m level in Yangcheng Coal Mine.Firstly,with the method of theoretical analysis,it respectively analyzes the width of the right coal safety pillar of return airway,coal safety pillar of 1307 gate roadway and two walls of filling roadway.Secondly,it uses numerical software FLAC3D to simulate stress and deformation for different types pillar width of a variety of design scheme.Setting the fourth filling roadway for example,it carries numerical analysis and simulation on the stress distribution,plastic zone and displacement.The results show that:the width of the return air roadway and 1307 gateway coal safety pillar is 15 m.According to the calculation of gangue filling roadway 4.5 m,the coal pillar width on either side of the gangue store space is at least 14.8~15.8 m which can ensure a stable nuclear area in the column.Compared with excavation without filling of the fourth filling roadway,the range of horizontal and vertical stress is reduced by 5 m after filling and the impact range of peak stress is reduced by 3~4 m.
