煤矿压风机自动控制系统的应用研究

摘    要:以杉木树煤矿为例,针对煤矿压风机人工就地操作存在的一些问题,介绍了一种基于PLC的压风机集中监测、控制方式及通信方式。实践证明,基于PLC的压风机自动控制系统实现了压风机参数采集、数据处理、故障报警、远程集中控制、运行时间设定等各种功能,还实现了压风机房无人值守,为实现数字化矿井打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:Taking Shanmushu Coal Mine as an example,and aiming at some problems existing in manual operation of pressure fan,a pressure fan system based on PLC was introduced in the paper,including its centralized monitoring and control way,and the communication mode. Practice has shown that,the automatic pressure fan based on PLC has achieved many functions,such as parameter acquisition,data processing,fault alarm,remote centralized control,and so on. "Unmanned on duty" of pressure fan room was also achieved,which has laid a good foundation for realizing digital mine.
