摘    要:作为一种在石油催化裂化过程中常用的分子筛,Y型分子筛以其高稳定性、高活性、抗重金属污染能力和抗结焦能力成为FCC催化剂中主要的活性组分。目前,中国重质油加工工艺以催化裂化为主,2015年原油加工量超过5.0×108 t/a。在未来一段时间,催化裂化加工重质原料油仍然是中国国内炼油厂的工作重点。综述了近年来Y型分子筛的改性研究进展,为今后Y型分子筛的改性研究提供了一定的借鉴。

Abstract:As a common zeolite in the cracking process,NaY zeolite became the main active component of the FCC catalyst due to its high stability,high activity,high metal tolerance,and anti-coking performance.Nowadays,catalytic cracking was the most important part of heavy oil processing in China and its crude processing volume was over 5.0×108 t/a in 2015.The inferior heavy crude oil processing by catalytic cracking will remain the priority of Chinese refineries in the future.The progress of modification of NaY zeolite in recent years was summarized. Some experiences in the future modification study of the NaY zeolite were also seggested.
