硫化钠生产工艺的优化

摘    要:工业硫化钠作为基础化工中间体,其发展和应用因污染大、能耗高、劳动强度高等缺点而受到制约。根据硫化钠的特性和生产经验,借鉴和融合新技术、新工艺对其生产工艺进行优化。通过煅烧操作优化、余热利用、自控、卤水精制、节能蒸发技术、设备防腐及除尘脱硫技术的应用,使硫化碱生产在节能降耗、环保、产品质量等方面得到提升。可产生良好的经济效益及社会效益,值得推广。

Abstract:Industrial sodium sulfide as the intermediate of basic chemical industry,its development and application are constrained due to the disadvantages of serious pollution,high energy consumption,and high labor intensity etc..According to the characteristics of sodium sulfide and production experiences,drawing on and integrating new technologies and new processes,the production process of sodium sulfide was optimized.Through the calcination operation optimization,waste heat utilization,automation,brine purification,energy-saving evaporation technology,anticorrosion on equipment,dust removal,and desulfurization,the production of sodium sulfide was improve in energy-saving and consumption reducing,environmental protection,and product quality etc..They can produce good economic and social benefits,and worth to promoting.
