柱塞气举排水采气工艺工作制度研究

摘    要:柱塞气举是解决气井“井底积液”的有效方法之一,但目前仍存在着工艺效果不稳定等问题。柱塞气举排水采气工艺优化是决定气举效果的关键,根据柱塞气举的运动特性,先对柱塞气举工艺原理和周期运行规律进行分析,再结合间歇开采的理论方法和数学模型,把试验后的平均日产气量最大化作为优化的目标,在优化约束条件下,建立柱塞气举优化计算程序。通过实际模拟验证,排水采气效果较好,能够为今后的气井柱塞工艺设计提供技术支持。

Abstract:As one of the effective methods to solve the effusion in gas wells,the problem that the effect of plunger lift is unstable still exists. The key to determine the effect of plunger lift is the optimization of plunger lift drainage water gas production technology. According to the characteristics of plunger lift,this paper analyzed the principle of the plunger lift and the law of cycle operation. Finally under the optimizing goal which is the maximization of average daily output,it determined the constraints of optimization and established the program in calculation of plunger lift combined with the theoretical method and mathematical model of intermittent mining. Through the actual simulation,the effect is good. So it provides the technical support for the process design of plunger gas well in the future.
