基于RFID技术的售水控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种自助收费式售水控制系统,电源模块中利用电压调节器LM2596进行电压调节输出,计量模块中使用双干簧管传感器实现计数,采用Mifare1卡及MF-RC500读写芯片进行数据通信,利用M74HC573双向移位寄存器和7路反相器LN2003A驱动继电器控制电磁阀的通断。软件设计中分析了主控程序、脉冲计量中断子程序及MF-RC500与射频卡通信程序。实验表明:该系统能够可靠稳定地进行数据采集和传输,计费精度较高,实际应用效果良好。

Abstract:A control system for water vending is designed,voltage regulator LM2596 is used in power module,double reed pipe sensor is utilized for counting in measurement module,Mifare1 card and MF-RC500 chip is adopted for data communication,and M74HC573 and LN2003A is used to drive the relay to control the on-off of solenoid valve. The main control program,pulse measuring interrupt subroutine and MF-RC500 and radio frequency card communication program is analyzed in software design. It has proved that this system can collect and transmit information stably and reliably and runs well in practice.
