面板堆石坝填筑施工中几个问题的分析

摘    要:珊溪水库面板堆石坝填筑由于有合理的料场规划、方便顺畅的施工交通道路网及配套的开挖、运输、碾压设备等,使大坝填筑自1998年11月起至1999年8月,连续10个月坝体填筑量平均在30万m^3以上,月填筑量最大为45.73万m^3,且做到全断面上升,堆石赤基本无周转料场,主料场石料直接上坝约96%。大坝填筑保证了1999年度梅汛和度台汛要求。全断面上升进度提前有利于控制坝体面板混凝土的变形。

Abstract:Thanks to the reasonable arrangement of stone pit,convenient and unhindered construction access road net work and corollary excavation,transportation,rolling equipments etc.,the concrete faced rockfill dam of Shanxi reservoir was filled at an average rate of more than 300 thousand m\ 3 per month in successive 10 months,with monthly maximum intensity of 457.3 thousand m\ 3,rising simultaneously over the whole dam section.There was basically no transfer stock ground for rockfill material,and 96% of stone material from major stone pit was directly transported onto the dam.The filling of the dam met the safety requirement of construction during the bai-u rainy period and the typhoon period in 1999.The simultaneously rising over the whole dam section and the advanced progress were advantageous to controlling the deformation of the dam and facing element concrete.
