| 摘 要： | 为了快速准确地辅助核查人员审查Internet上的信息内容。研究开发了Internet信息检查搜索器．详细介绍了系统的功能组成及软件体系结构，提出了系统实现中的一些关键技术的实现方法和中标检查算法（KWHC）。

| Abstract: | To help human to search information and check security of information over the Internet quickly and effective ly, an Internet information searching and checking system is developed. The system modules and its architecture are described in this paper. Some pivotal Techniques such as object-oriented technology, Web search method and the Key Word-Hit Checking algorithm are also presented in this paper. |
