| Abstract: | The PA66 intermittence type polymerization still is a critical equipment to be used for the 20000(t/y) PA66 flaking device.This article introduced the manufacturing processes of PA66 intermittence type polymerization still and typical processes of the forming,welding,machining,assembly and trial run for the main parts.The design and manufacturing of the equipment conform to ASME code. |
