MIG焊接6063铝合金的工艺研究及缺陷预防

摘    要:介绍了MIG焊接6063铝合金的焊接工艺参数、母材和焊丝的化学成分、坡口形式和焊接夹具的结构。焊接6063铝合金厚板材料时会出现某些缺陷,如打底层的焊缝成形较差,焊件的变形及背面金属氧化,在焊缝端部出现凹坑及过烧等现象。通过利用焊接夹具来控制焊接变形,在工件背面涂覆活性剂来保护焊缝防止氧化,合理控制焊缝层间温度等措施,可以提高焊接质量。

Abstract:In this article,it introduced the welding process parameters of MIG welding of 6063 aluminum alloy,the chemical composition of parent material and wire,groove form and welding fixture structure . For the material of 6063 aluminum alloy plate ,some defects appeared during the welding process, such as the poor weld formation in backing layer,weldment deformation and metal oxidation on the back,and dents and overburing appeared at the end of weld. In order to improve the weld quality , some reasonable measures were taken, including using welding fixture to control welding deformation,coating active agent on the back of the workpiece to prevent weld oxidation,and reasonably controlling weld interpass temperature.
