基于神经网络的凝汽器真空应达值计算

摘    要:汽轮机凝汽器实际运行属于变工况运行状态,且运行过程中有些参数不易测量,从而很难实现常规公式法计算凝汽器的真空值。提出的汽轮机凝汽器真空应达值的计算方法,利用曲线拟合确定变工况下机组负荷与汽轮机末级排汽量之间的关系,并用以计算凝汽器理论真空值,同时利用神经网络逼近凝汽器理论真空值与实际运行时真空影响因素之间的非线性关系,从而建立凝汽器真空应达值模型,为凝汽器真空在线监测奠定一定基础。

Abstract:Considering the fact that actual operation of the turbine condenser belongs to the operating status of the variable conditions,and some parameters are difficult to measure during this operation,and can calculating condenser vacuum value through the conventional formula method becomes difficult,a method to calculate turbine condenser vacuum was proposed,in it,the curves fitting it used can determine the relationship between variable load and final stage turbine exhaust steam and can calculate the theoretical vacuum value,meanwhile,it employs the neural network to approach the non-linear relationship between the theoretical vacuum value and the vacuum influencing factors at actual runtime so as to establish the model of condenser vacuum.It lays a certain foundation for on-line monitoring of the condenser.
