基于自制PID控件的水箱液位计算机监控系统

摘    要:摘要通过自行开发PID算法控件,设计出一套水箱液位计算机监控系统。该系统采用VB6.0编写实现PID算法的ActiveX控件,然后运用组态软件调用PID控件并完成计算机监控软件的开发。实际应用表明,该系统能够实现对水箱液位的精确控制,以及对现场数据的监视和记录,并且弥补了组态软件自带PID控件的应用局限性。

Abstract:Based on self-made PID algorithm control, a computer monitoring system for the water tank level was designed. The system adopts VB6.0 to write ActiveX control which implementing PID algorithm, and then uses configuration software to call PID control and completes the development of computer monitoring software. The application result shows that this system can accurately monitor and record both water tank level and field data,and can make up the limitation of the configuration software' s PID control.
