| 摘 要： | 由于GPRS传输速率有限，远程图像监控系统的清晰度和帧频一般比较低，为了提供较为清晰的监控画面，本文设计一种基于两个GPRS模块的远程图像监控系统。在监控系统前端对监控画面进行分析处理，采用Kalman滤波动态背景生成和相对背景差法的原理，把监控画面分为监控背景和运动目标两部分，通过两个GPRS模块进行传输，在监控中心再将两路图像进行合成，从而提高了监控中心监控画面的清晰度，提高了监控的有效性。
