摘    要:建立了低压断路器操作机构的虚拟样机模型,利用虚拟样机软件ADAMS仿真了机构的动特性,并以跳扣限位轴的位置为设计变量优化了操作机构,使机构打开时间缩短了 1 ms.通过对优化前后的机构进行实验对比验证了仿真结果的正确性.

Abstract:A virtual prototype of low voltage circuit breaker's operating mechanism was built.The dynamic behavior of operating mechanism was simulated by ADAMS software.The mechanism was optimized by taking the location of trip's restricting bar as design variable,and its breaking time was shortened by 1 ms.The results show that the correctness of simulation is proved.
