摘    要:介绍利用磷肥副产氟硅酸钠生产氟化钠联产水玻璃一体化工艺技术,并探讨其工艺控制条件。固体氟硅酸钠与w(Na2CO3)20%~30%的碳酸钠溶液在90~95℃充分反应1~1.5h,得到氟化钠与二氧化硅。该工艺的关键技术是通过加入热的强碱溶液使二氧化硅完全溶解,实现氟化钠与二氧化硅的分离。该技术氟化钠与硅胶分离简单,在碱性环境(pH值8~8.5)操作,设备腐蚀小,所得产品均符合国家标准。

Abstract:The technology is introduced of producing sodium fluoride integrated with sodium silicate by sodium fluosilicate--the by-product from phosphate fertilizer production, and its process control condition is discussed. Sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide are obtained by reaction between solid sodium fluosilicate and sodium carbonate solution of mass fraction w (Na2CO3) 20%- 30%, with the temperature of 90- 95℃ and reaction time of 1 - 1.5 h. The key of the technology is that silicon dioxide is completely dissolved by adding hot alkaline solution, implementing the separation between sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide. The separation technology between sodium fluoride and silica gel is simple, the process operation environment of an alkaline (pH = 8- 8.5) , little equipment corrosion, the products are in line with national standards.
