基于DSP充电桩的检测电路设计与研究

摘    要:针对目前电动汽车充电桩中输入电压与电流较难实时测量的问题,详细介绍了充电桩系统采样电路的设计思想,设计出基于DSP采样的硬件电路.当交流任一相输入电压大于某一设定值时,系统内所有模块会自动保护并停止输出,以保护充电模块及用户设备.当交流输入电压恢复正常后,充电模块自动恢复正常工作.同时本文所设计的电压、电流检测电路可用于其他系统中.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the input voltage and current of electric vehicle charging pile are difficult to be measured in real time,the design idea of the sampling circuit of charging pile system is introduced in detail,and the hardware circuit based on DSP sampling is designed.When the AC input voltage of any phase is larger than a certain set value,all the modules in the system will automatically be protected and stop the output to protect the charging module and the user equipment.When the AC input voltage returns to normal,the charging module automatically returns to normal operation.The above voltage and current detection circuit can be applied to other systems.
