摘    要:在飞机总装线的生产过程中,采用具有集成测试功能的自动化综合测试系统,能够满足新型号飞机站位式生产的质量测试需求,并提高生产效率及产品的可靠性和一致性.这样的综合测试系统应具有故障注入、硬件在环及其智能化端口等功能,使得站位式生产线能够快速地排除故障,更加适应不同型号飞机生产测试的需求.给出这种综合测试系统的设计方案,并提出测试数据链的管理方案,以便优化生产的测试流程工艺,进一步提高生产效率和优化飞行维护,保证飞机全寿命周期的可靠飞行.

Abstract:In the manufacturing process of aircraft assembly lines,an automatic integrated testing system (AITS) is usually utilized to increase production efficiency,reliability and consistency of the products and meet the testing requirements.By applying fault injection,hardware in the loop and intelligent transfer interface in the AITS,troubleshooting and test processing can be quickly completed.Meanwhile combining with the movable stations final assembly line (MSFAL),the production can be boosted,and the testing flexibility can be expanded.The AITS,which optimizes the quality testing technology and flight maintenance,is proposed to enhance the reliability of flight performance,and the management solution to target on testing data chain is presented to cooperate with the AITS and to realize data management.
