磷矿研磨细度与酸解转化率的关系

摘    要:磷矿粉研磨细度与磷矿酸解转化率关系的研究结果表明,磷矿粉细度是影响过磷酸钙生产中磷矿酸解反应速率和分解率的敏感因素.只有将磷矿粉的细度过100目的比例控制在95%以上,并且使其中通过200目的达50%以上,才能使磷矿酸解转化率达到95%以上.

Abstract:The relationship between fineness of phosphate ore and its acid hydrolysis conversion rate was tested. The results showed that the fineness of phosphate ore was sensitive factor of affecting its acid hydrolysis reaction rate and conversion rate. It was also found that in order to achieve a conversion percentage of over 95 %, the fineness of phosphate ore powder that passed 100 mesh must be controlled beyond 95 %, and the fineness of phosphate ore powder that passed 200 mesh must be controlled beyond 50%.
