| 摘 要： | 为适应电力市场条件下电网调度管理的需要，开发了电网调度计划和检修管理系统。文中介绍了系统建设的目标和设计思路，以及在浙江模拟电力市场中的功能、结构、作用和特点等，并阐述了该系统与调度MIS、电力市场技术支持系统的关系，最后介绍了浙江电网的实际应用情况。

| Abstract: | A system for electric power dispatching plan and maintenance management is developed to meet the need of power network dispatching management in the environment of power market. The objectives and line of design thought of system construction, and the functions, structure, effects and characteristics of the system in the simulated power market of Zhejiang Province are introduced. The relationships between the proposed system and the dispatching management information system (MIS) and the power network technique support system are described. Its actual application in Zhejiang Province power network is described. |
