摘    要:根据拉丝机的工作原理以及拉丝过程中对拉丝机各部件的动作要求,提出采用32位RISC处理器ARM7和FPGA作为主控制器和从控制器,实现嵌入式全自动拉丝机控制系统的设计。该控制系统稳定可靠、精度高、成本低、可移植性强,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:The working principle of the wire drawing machine and the operational requirements of each component during drawing wire are discussed in this paper. A 32-bit ARM7 microprocessor and FPGA are proposed as the main control unit and hypotaxis control respectively to realize automatic control for the wire drawing machine. The control system has high reliability and precision, low cost, and strong capability to be transplanted. It's worthwhile to be popularized.
