废纸脱墨浆生产擦手纸的染色调色实验

用废纸脱墨浆生产彩色擦手纸,通过染色调色的方法解决了废纸脱墨浆生产的纸白度不高、颜色黯淡、色调不正的问题.实验结果表明,添加直接大红对废纸脱墨浆进行染色,然后添加品蓝或碱性紫进行调色,取得较为满意的染色效果.当直接大红用量为0.1%,品蓝用量为0.001%时,染色调色效果较好.

Dyeing and Tinting of Hand Tissues from Recycled Fiber

The pulp and paper made from deinked waste paper usually show dark yellow or gray white. In this paper, colored hand tissues manufactured by dying process is introduced. The problems such as lower whiteness, lightness and color purity of the deinked pulp can be solved by this process. The results show that direct bright red and royal blue can improve the whiteness and lightness of deinked pulp. The better dyeing effect is achieved when the amount of direct bright red is 0.1%, the royal blue is 0.001%.
