基于向后搜索的变速变加速算法研究与应用

摘    要:在实际数控加工中,为实现数控系统的高速高精度加工性能,在对加工曲线进行前瞻处理并进行四次位移曲线规划的基础上,针对实际生产中的复杂加工提出了一种辨识复杂加工轨迹段特征的向后搜索算法,且在此基础上针对轨迹的不同特征采用变速变加速四次位移曲线算法,改变了四次曲线位移算法加速度的单一性,在加工中更加灵活,实现加工精度和加工速度的很好平衡,大大提高机床的性价比,满足加工时的高速高精度要求。

Abstract:In order to achieve high-speed high-precision performance of computer numerical control systerm in practice,this paper proposed a backward search algorithm to identify characteristics of complex tool path trajectory after look-ahead processing and four displacement curves planning,then put forward the variable speed variable acceleration four displacement curves algorithm for the different characteristics of the complex tool path trajectory.It has changed the unity of acceleration of four displacement curves algorithm and realized the balance between processing precision and processing speed.It is more flexible in practical processing and greatly improves the machine’s performance and meet the high-speed high-precision requirements in actual processing.
