| 摘 要： | 电子文件管理是现代档案管理的重要手段。文中就电子文件与传统纸质文件的差异进行了分析,提出了电子文件管理的原则和电子文件的保管及运转流程。重点提出了要依靠信息安全技术,确保电子文件信息的完整性、稳定性和保密性。
