| 摘 要： | 随着信息化技术的飞速发展,地理信息系统(GIS)逐渐成为信息产业的一个重要组成部分。为利用先进的信息化技术促进电力系统的发展,根据GIS的空间数据拓扑分析和电力网络拓扑分析的特点,在分析Oracle Spatial数据模型的基础之上,提出了一种基于GIS和空间数据库相结合的电力网络元件模型,并在此基础上进行了电力网络的拓扑分析研究。同时详细阐述了模型的构造过程,并用流程图的形式分析了拓扑的整个过程,将此方法应用到实际的短路电流计算程序中后,计算时间加快,计算效果有明显提高,表明该拓扑分析方法有很大的实用价值。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the application of space database technology in the informatization of the power system, and according to the characteristics of the topology analysis on spatial data in geographic information system (GIS) and Power network, by analyzing the data model of Oracle Spatial, one kind of power network component model is proposed which combines GIS and the Spatial database, and power network topology is analyzed. In the meantime, the detail model structure process is elaborated, and the entire process of the topology is analyzed by the flow chart form, the actual application also indicates that this topology analysis method has the very great practical value,and is of important significance in improving the economical operation of whole power system. |
