井下油水两相流测量系统恒流信号激励源设计

摘    要:为进行井下油水两相流的流动参数测量及流型辨识,本文设计了基于纵向多极阵列电导式传感器的测量系统。信号激励模块是其中重要的一环,为了由采集的电导波动信号更好地获取油水两相流体在不同流型的阻抗信息,并基于此进行深入研究,本文采用的是电流激励方式。应用DDS和MCU技术,实现了20 kHz正弦恒流信号源的设计。测试结果表明由AVR高档单片机ATmegal6和AD9831构成的VCCS正弦恒流模块具有实时性好,精度高及稳定性好,负载驱动能力强等特点,满足井下复杂两相流体的测量要求。

Abstract:Down-hole oil-water two-phase flow measurement system based on Insertion Vertical Multi-Electrode Array Conductance Probe have been developed to research and measure the parameter of the two-phase flow and identify the flow patterns.DDS technique was employed to design 20 kHz sine-wave constant current source.And the test results showed that the sine-wave constant current module which consist of AVR's advanced single-chip ATmega16,AD9831 and VCCS has characteristics of higher accuracy and reliability.And that proved it could fully meet the practical requirement of down-hole measurement.
