爆炸消除焊接残余应力研究

摘    要:用条状炸药对碳钢、低合金钢、调质钢和奥氏体不锈钢进行爆炸消除焊接残余应力试验。已经在压力容器、石油化工反应塔、氧化铝厂脱硅槽、水电站压力钢管等大中型焊接结构上使用。

Abstract:Relier of welding residual stress by using strip-shaped dynamite has been investigated on low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, quenched and tempered steel and autstenite steel. This method has been used on pressure vessels, petrochemical reactors, dessilication tank in the alumna plant, pressure steel pipes in power station and other large or medium-sized welding structures.
