复合高压套管的电场计算和分析

摘    要:高压套管电场模型长径比高 ,用ANSYS分析软件对选用环氧树脂和高温硫化硅橡胶制造的复合套管进行了2D电场分析 ,找出用 1∶3~ 1∶4场域长径比处理高长径比电场中远场问题的方法。计算表明 ,套管与法兰连接处涂刷半导体漆可使最高场强减少 33 5 %。

Abstract:The electric filed model on high voltage bushing has characteristic of higher rate of long and breadth. The paper analyzes 2 Delectric filed of a composite bushing which made of oxygen resin and HTV by using ANSYS. The method for far field problem of electric field with higher rate of long and breadth is proposed and a structure type which improve the bushing's electric filed and satisfy craft request is suggested.
