混凝土充填体强度特性试验研究

摘    要:对不同配比、不同浓度、不同龄期的混凝土充填体在普通建筑材料压力机上进行了无侧限单轴抗压强度试验, 根据试验测得单轴抗压强度试验数据, 分析了充填体单轴抗压强度随配比、浓度、龄期的变化规律, 采用数据拟合的方法, 对试验数据进行了回归, 作出了不同灰砂比、浓度及龄期条体下试块强度的试验值的拟合曲线, 并给出了相应的拟合公式, 拟合公式和试验值的拟合效果较好, 相关系数达到精度要求, 对矿山充填工作及其充填体力学性能分析具有一定的指导意义和借鉴作用。

Abstract:A test for unconfined uniaxial compression strength of backfills with different ratios, different concentrations and different curing ages was made by using a pressure machine for common building materials. According to the test results, the law was analyzed that the uniaxial compression strength of the backfill changed with ratio, concentrstion and curing age. The method of data fitting was used to regress the test results and plot the fitting curves of the tested block at different ratios, concentrations and curing ages. In addition, corresponding fitting formula was given. The fitting effect between the formula and the test results was good. The accuracy of relative coefficient met the requirements. It is of a certain instructive significance and reference use to mine′s filling works and mechanical property analysis of the fillers.
